"We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. "

"I told the front desk I was having surgery that is why I was there for 7 days. They put me on the first floor where the lobby bar is and across the hall from the staff back office. The door opens and slams closed 50 times a day. The staff are also incredibly loud. I had to keep my blackout shade down because people walk by my window which is like a motel. The air conditioner does not work and when on is so loud and then shuts off, restarting with a boom. Worst stay and what a dump. Looks nice...

"The hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standard. I got my first room with broken curtain and phone. After changing the room, the 2nd one had a malfunctioning toilet. The staff is not bad, actually friendly and helpful. But the room maintained is poor"

"Staff at the reception was friendly, the property was clean and the rooms were large and well appointed. The bathrooms were renovated and very pleasant to use. Best of all was the hotel shuttle which takes you to the airport/mall/restaurants that are close by. Highly recommend :)"

"Lobby look newly refurbished. Butbthe rest of the hotel isnt. The pool was out and that was the main reason we booked there. Our main plans weren't till the next and we wanted a chill evening in the pool."

"Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels....

"Hotel was adequate for a nights stay as we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. Many restaurants nearby - some walking distance. Had trouble with room keys not working for more than 1-2X. Had coffee and some breakfast items in the morning. Allow pets."

"This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was stand out for me traveling for a conference and needing just to get places within a short distance of the hotel. I did not try the restaurant but it’s always nice to have that option in the hotel. "

"Do try and check in early cause it’s going to cost you extra money. Staff was great and helpful rooms were definitely clean."
