"Location was very convenient. The room was very noisy from above. Not sure why but during the Lao ight and early morning hours there was a large amount of vibration and the noise of footsteps coming from above was disruptive. Not cleaning each day was a little annoying because we had to reuse damp towels that didn’t dry well even when we hung them up. Breakfast was done well each morning. Staff at front desk was always very friendly."

"What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. "We got an accessibility bathroom which we didn't need. That meant that water seeped from the shower into the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. We used the shower every day of our 3-night stay, and the bathroom became progressively more and more soaked until it was just a puddle."
