"One of a kind experience staying right in front of the water in a boutique hotel. We watched the starry sky and sunrise as well as the hospitality from the staff and owner. We were also lucky enough to enjoy some amazing Bluff oysters jext door and the quality was amazing! The owner Andy is very chatty and accommodating which makes the stay more memorable!"

"The king suite was spacious, comfortable, and dark/quiet at night. Super clean. Fridge and water kettle with extra counter and sink made basic food prep easy. Good Wifi and smart TV. Easy to walk to town and Milford Sound day cruise departures. Great tourist advice. Parking fine. Do understand that our spacious room is not the same for all. "10/10! Janet is the hostess with the mostest! She is so warm, friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We felt at ease and well looked after. From the delicious breakfast - including barista made coffee to your liking, homemade savouries and bread - to tips on what’s happening in the area, what to do and see, and even offering us some rain jackets to borrow when she heard we were going to do the Milford Sound cruise and didn’t have anything warmer than jumpers. "The room was clean and very quaint! The owners were very nice and gave interesting insight into the wine making process in the valley. They made us feel right at home, and even gave us a few pieces of amazing fruit they had picked that day! The tasting they offer is a must-try; they’re doing things with wine nobody else is, and it works! The hot pools are also a fantastic way to relax after a long hike! The glass room in the olive grove feels like a portal directly to the Tuscan countryside!"
