"The 2 bed chalet we stayed in was clean, quite well equipped. Main bedroom had a comfortable queen bed. Other bedroom 2 single comfortable beds, 1 bedside table and lamp. Bedding and towels all nicely laundered. Bathroom was small but adequate. The kitchen lounge area is smallish with a kitchen area a table and 4 chairs and a 3 seater sofa, tv, fridge. Parking outside the chalet. Lovely park with good facilities for families and especially children. Beautiful walkways just outside the park...

"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card....
