"I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. "We had a handicap accessible room. Not on purpose but it your considering it, it was fine but the bathroom can be very slick. The hot tub at this lication was very hot and very small. Max capacity of 3 but you'd be very intimate. At least it worked and was hot. Otherwise easy access from the interstate and clean, quiet and comfortable. A newer property."

Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. "I had a terrible experience during my stay. I entend to inform corporate office of the incident. Approximately an hour after we check in, I went to the bathroom to remove my lipstick. I pulled a sheet of tissue from the dispenser and found it to be damp. I kept pulling sheets and the more I pulled the wetter they are. I looked indlside the tissue box cover and found a filthy wet underwear lodged inside between the box and the dispenser. The smell was so bad, I wanted to throw up! I was in shock...
