"Our stay wasn't good; the hotel was packed with people, which made it hard to do anything, especially at the pools, where there was no room to sit. And the most disappointing thing was that they didn't provide room cleaning service. Even though I went to speak with the staff, they never sent anyone, so we decided to leave the hotel early because we didn't like the service or the housekeeping. At one point, a staff member told me I had to send a text message to request housekeeping, and although I found it outrageous, I did so to see if they would actually follow through—but they still didn’t come. Another issue is that with the limited restaurant and activity options—which, on top of that, are very expensive within the hotel—you have to look outside the hotel for things to do and eat, so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a hotel like this just to have to go out and look for options. "

"Beds & amenities in this new concept hotel was perfectly planned Breakfast was unbelievably GOOD! Big selection. Fresh. Hot. Pleantiful. Healthy. Room layout was perfect for convenience for a very tired traveler. Hotel location is an 8 minute easy walk to airport. Highly recommend. ♡♡ "

"This place is the last place I would ever spend my hard earned money ever again! As the people we met on the beach put it, this place is rachet! Our check in started with the clerk answering the phone and denying a guest extra pillows, "No. We dont have extra pillows." Our room smells strongly of mold, which is why I am guessing there is a moldy dehumidifier in there that they want running continuously. Went to the beach on day 2 and they took down our umbrella due to wind, but the 2 resorts on either side of had theirs up. The wind had not changed all day. I had heard the guy saying that they started picking up empty chairs at 3. Weird that this sudden wind gust started exactly at 3pm. Many people left right after they took away the umbrellas... gee, I guess their plan worked. This place is meant for the 20-somethings coming to get drunk and party. If you think it is any kind of a resort you will get pampered and feel special staying, you need to look elsewhere. Loud music until 10-11pm blaring from the bar downstairs, drunk people everywhere. Nothing like the places we are use to staying. "

"AMAZING!!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was always available. Food-amazing. It is on the high price side, but you get tons of food if you walk-away hungry that is on you. Beach was great, you get 2 chairs with your stay, bar service available for delivery. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our flight landed at 10:00am and we ubered to hotel by 11am, valet took us upstairs with our bags. Room wasn't ready which we didn't expect it to be, they took are bags to storage, gave us temp wristbands so you could start enjoying your stay. You do have to cross the street for the pool and beach, you get a wristband to show you are a guest. We were only there Friday-Monday am but had the best time. Lots of music, DJ,s, live bands. The area is still recovering from the hurricane but it was still so much fun for these JB fans. We didn't have a car but looks like they have plenty of parking available underground. We will stay at other Margaritaville resorts in our future travels. Thanks for all the fun! "
