"It ok. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy with. There was an unpleasant odor—including the smell of cigarette smoke—and the space wasn't very clean. I also didn't feel the area was particularly safe. That said, the staff and support team were very friendly and enthusiastic. Even after breakfast, they continued to provide coffee and drinks."

"todo excelente"

"I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

"You promise to refund my deposit within 3-5 days. I still haven't seen it"

"Good"

"Room smelled like mold. Roaches walking on the door. Beds didn’t have comforters just a fitted sheet. Lights did not work in the room. Asked the staff for a comforter and was told she would bring it and never did."
