Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. "Very clean room and friendly staff. The views from the room were beautiful, and the resort was central to a lot of activities, dining, and shopping. We had a stacked schedule, so we unfortunately weren’t able to make it to any of the activities, but we were very impressed by the selection of things to do on property. Overall we had a very comfortable and super quiet stay. "

"There technically wasn't much actually wrong, but rooms that photograph like a cabin and have the word cabin repeatedly in the marketing make it seem like that's what you get. Instead it's a cabin themed large apartment in 506. So that was disappointing. Needs a face lift but nothings broken. Strained carpet, beat up doors and trim, terrible kitchen pans and utensils, toilets that need extra attention to stop running. Really nothing $2K can't stretch another few years out of, except for...

"This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...
