"The property has a very high rating but it wasn't evident anywhere that this is an unconventional property that may not suit everyone. The rooms are small, there are long flights of steep stairs to get to the rooms (there is no elevator), there is no mirror over the sink, there's late night noise from the bar/restaurant below, the thermostat could be adjusted but it didn't change the room temperature etc. Everything is well maintained and clean but lots of surprises."

"Wonderful location - we had dinner 4 nights on just this one block, with no repeats, and every place was excellent. The downside of course is that it’s a little noisy with nightlife, but nothing earplugs won’t fix!"
