"Clean room, good location, airport is nearby, safe. This is my second time staying! Highly recommend. The bed is 100% comfy. Only noise will be the airplanes departing but that’s ok for me but i don't know for you."

"The hotel is in a great location relative to the airport. Our room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Paid parking area was safe and steps to the back entrance. Only negative, and could have just been our room, I could hear my neighbor using the bathroom in the middle of the night when the a/c wasn't blowing."

"Room door was open to the pool....like a two-floor motel set-up, but on the 9th floor. Had to take 2 elevators to enter/exit the room. Woken by kids screaming in the pool at 8am. The onsite "restaurant/bar" is a sad corner off the pool that didn't seem to be staffed. It was priced accordingly but the pictures make you think you're getting a deal. You're not."

"It's very close to the airport and within walking distance of shopping and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful and free breakfast was the cherry on the top!"

"The property seemed newly renovated, the room & bathroom were really clean, the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly & accommodating, the bartender was really nice. We arrived early & the person checking us in gave us options for checking in early that were extra money even if the room was ready. She didn’t give us options for our luggage, we had to ask or any options for enjoying the hotel until our room was ready. We didn’t realize that the pool was out of service for...

"Room was cleaned. Breakfast was good: omelettes, oatmeal, cereals, yogourt, pancakes, etc. The shuttle was great for both ways. The drivers were nice and very good drivers. Dislike: no secure wifi"

"We had unexpected travel delays so didn't check in till 4:00am and had a cruise port shuttle booked for the morning so our time was limited. Check in was good and quick and room was clean. "

"The door to the bathroom was broke. Even if it wasn't broke, you could see through it to someone using the restroom. The air conditioning rattled all night. It's nice but not worth the money. I purposely chose it because I had a better rating and was a nicer place for my wife and kids. I should have saved two hundred dollars and choose another place. "

"This motel was absolutely perfect for anyone that is flying in and/or taking a cruise. They have shuttles from the airport and to the cruise port. I will definitely stay there again. "

"No restaurant on site as advertised on web description Let my jacket with wallet in pocket. Called they said they have it and would hold it for me until I came back from my cruise. Went back got the wallet but they didn’t have the jacket and couldn’t find it strange, "

"Bus transportation from airport to cruise ship the next day was great. Old Tom's restaurant was great. Breakfast was just ok, we should have gone next door to McD's. "

"Upon check-in, we bought the shuttle to go to the port of Miami and the next morning we were catching the shuttle to go to the port. I had my 84-year-old dad with me that I’ve talked to Maria with multiple times and they were trying to tell me we can’t take the wheelchair on the shuttle and I almost had me buy an Uber, but then some woman came and offered for us to get onto the shuttle with no charge so that was great customer service. I was a bit annoyed by this whole situation, but she did...

"Restaurant food was outstanding had breakfast and dinner. Everything was perfect except for the $50 a night for parking."

"The room could've been a lot cleaner. Lot's of dust on surfaces, sewer smell coming from the bathtub, peeling lacquer on furniture. Signs of recent renovation done poorly."
