"Good location and friendly staff"

"Place was fine. It was clean and tidy. Bed was big and comfy but pull out couch was on the smaller side, there’s no way 2 people would have fit there, luckily our party was just 3. Service could have been a little better. It took 2 requests to get the sheets for the pullout and more than one call to get an answer to a question. Other than that it was fine. Good location"

"Staff were extremely nice. Bathroom had several long black hairs on the floor. Definitely not mine. The biggest issue was that I thought I had paid in full ,but then at the property I was told I had to pay a mandatory $30 restoration fee for the building. I couldn't find that information anywhere in the fine print and I wasn't happy about it."

"Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time was a disaster. Do not trust the staff at the front desk. I called them on Monday to say the flight was canceled and to check-in and would be there on Tuesday. Reservation was paid in full 4 months in advance. I spoke to front desk on Tuesday 5pm to see if I could extend the stay and was told they were sold out. We show up at 11pm to check-in and they canceled the reservation and had no rooms.
