"Everyone was so nice. Aspen, front desk, was new, but so helpful and accommodating. Chrystal was our server on the beautiful patio. She was sweet and engaging. When the sun went down they lit the fires on the patio. Very peaceful and beautiful. It was summer, so the cooler air was lovely. We even attempted to swim in the indoor pool, but that was quite chilly! A family came after and the kids loved it! Beautiful lodge, we are so glad we came."

"Pleasant attendant at the check in desk, allowed us early check-in after a very exhausting morning at Zion. Rooms were clean, our shower was awesome, my wife loved the sheets on the bed. Kids used the pool and probably would have golfed if it wasn’t so hot. The restaurant is always good and the pies are great. East entrance to Zion, the tunnel, and the Canyon Overlook Trail is 25 minutes away. Gas station to fill up the tank is across the parking lot. The only hiccup was the restaurant’s credit...

"Conveniently located. The hotel was going through a renovation but did not advertise this change. The deadbolt on my door did not latch because there was a nail in the opening. Collected a bunch of hair on my house shoes. No elevator access. Guy at front desk was very condescending. Won't be back."
