"The property was new and clean, with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. It is very close proximity to Robina train station. Would stay here again."

"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

"Great location, good spacious rooms. The only issue we had was that the room we were given had loud noise every time the toilet or taps were turn on from above level. The noise was constant throughout the night. However as soon as we raised the issue Jess in the reception came and inspected the noise and provided us with immediate solution of moving to another room on another level. Customer service provided was exceptional."
