"Beautiful location, friendly staff, two nice rooftop hot tubs, a great restaurant on site, comfortable rooms. Multiple hikes to waterfalls on site or a very short drive away. The only things to know ahead of time—1) there are two floors but no elevator, 2) the water in our room smelled strongly of sulfur. I did not see that information in any of the reviews I read. Sulfur water is safe, it’s just kind of gross. "

"Food at in house restaurant was fantastic, service was great. Facility is beautiful and provided incredible value. The hot tub and sauna area is amazing and rooms were very clean and quite large. And bed was perfect!"

"This hotel was nice, we were immediately greeted by a gentlemen in the parking garage who was outrageously helpful and kind. The woman who checked us into our room was a little grumpy but it was busy and the gentlemen in the parking garage had already given me all the info I needed for the most part. The hotel was clean, great beds, great shower pressure, but the pillows were kind of awful and flat but it was a minor issue compared to how nice everything else was. The gym was fantastic, the breakfast was wonderful, there was always coffee available, and the hotel feels safe and is convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again. "
