"The accomodation was booked for a family of 2 adults and one 4year old and it was sufficient for us for 6-7days stay. The property has lift so it was easy to stay on higher floors with stroller. The underground station is 10min walk and bus stops are 3min walk away. The reception is available 24*7. Basic toiletries were provided like shampoo, towels.... Cleaning of the room is not provided unless explicitly asked for. Laundry room is available however you need to get your own detergent which is...

"Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again."

"The worst part is LEAVING this amazing Stay. The stuff was always very friendly, the view of our room was breathtaking. The room and the equipment perfect. The Bed has seen better times but THIS VIEW... 😁We'll definitely come back. You do not expect in a big lodging like this, a so very warm welcome and people how treat you like welcoming guests. "The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered. "

"The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels...

"Staff very helpful and pleasant. Due to heatwave a second fan was given within 30mins of request. Had issue with shower, they were very quick to respond after hours. Enjoyed stay at apartment."

"Little noisy being so close to Farringdon station, but apart from that it’s a great location, lots of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Rooms were great, well maintained, clean and spacious. Only one tube stop from kings Cross makes it easy to get to. Had a slight issue getting my access codes but was sorted extremely efficiently by calling the helpline. "
