"Great stay overall at the Avon Residence Inn! Staff were warm and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen setup, and the hot breakfast was a solid start to the day. Property is quiet and well-kept. My only miss: the bed felt old — I could feel springs and it seemed slightly tilted to one side, which made sleep tough. With a mattress refresh, this place would be perfect. I'd definitely stay again."

"What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. "friendly staff, nicely appointed room/suite. Easy parking, nice restaurant next door( not part of Inn). Breakfast Sunday morning depleted by 10 am . Management tried hurriedly to rectify situation. Common area nicely appointed with many seating arrangements and cappuccino machine, etc. Will stay there again."

"Upon entry it looked decent enough. The lobby area is the nicest part. The staff did not give me the wifi password when I checked in. I like using the stairs. This area looked like it wasn't cleaned in months as there was a thick layer of grime around the baseboards. Access from the parking lot meant for a lot of hall walking to get to my room. No cars parked behind the property...it looked sketchy back there. My room curtains were holey. I found a beach ball under my bed and some bedazzle jems...

"Staff was terrible I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom. I was very disappointed."

"We stayed just for one night but the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I slept extremely well in their comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience."

"The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt...

"The grounds were nicely kept. The staff were polite and responsive. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00, we arrived at 3:30 and still had to wait for our room to be ready. We brought our dog with us. The pet friendly rooms were near the door and every time someone brought their dog out the door slammed shut, causing our door to shake. We discovered the floor was very dirty when we noticed the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on it barefoot. We called and they did send staff to mop...
