"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

"Quarto grande, cama muito confortável ! Banheiro grande . Lugar bonito , mas tem que estar de carro pois fica fora da cidade em região meio rural. Só que se vc for explorar a Umbria , vai precisar de um carro ."

"We arrived at the hotel which was close to the church of St. Francis - our main reason for coming to Assisi on this trip. The hotel was small, very pretty and appeared to be family run as it was attached to a residence. Parking was in a spacious lot. The flowers and olive trees were beautiful! The hotel was at the foot of a very steep road going up to the church and town. Look for the cat shelter tucked into the wall on the way up! We walked it -slowly- but you can also take a car. ...

"Hotel accueillant, très propre. Surtout l'accueil d'un propriétaire passionné et attentif. Il est sorti sous la pluie pour nous aider avec les bagages. Thématique des arts partout dans l'hôtel. Une très belle expérience."
