"I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well looked after, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for families, as they're very accommodating and make you feel right at home. "Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night."

"Although the owner was LOVELY. And extremely accommodating and helpful. The first room we stayed in was riddled with cockroaches (4th floor) We told the owner and he was more then happy to move us to a new room which was fine and we only seen 1 cockroach the whole week. It was clear the owner has known about the roach problem for a while but continued to rent the room out…. The room was lovely, sheets were clean, View was beautiful. No complaints there. Room did not come with a dust pan and...

"The Hotel is located next to Surfer Paradise beach, near shopping streets with good pools. The room size is good for family group. Price is reasonable with the acceptable quality. "

Parking was very tight Stair way very narrow Room very basic and not very clean Powerpoints coming away from wall Tv antenna not working but portable one supplied just have to find right angle for reception Asked for a $bond,never had to pay that ever Won’t be returning"
