"I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well looked after, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for families, as they're very accommodating and make you feel right at home. "Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night."
