This hotel is more like air b&b or apartment. I booked luxury suite since my daughter came with us. We got1 bedroom studio; 1 king size bed & 1 two size sofa bed. The sofa bed is connected to king size bed. My daughter said she is like our dog sleep underneath our feet’s😅 It is too much to say about this hotel. First all, this is very old building mix with different business units. no way to park to unload luggage, no one help, no lobby, the reception area is in 3rd floor, only one person’s space. Have to use keypad 3 time to go through 3 doors to reach room. they do have elevator but the capacity is 3 skinny people standing back to back. The room is newly renovated and very stylish, old red bricks wall, new grey wood floor and grey furnitures. Hotel very thoughtful provide many things like America version plug to charge, books, binocular, etc.. The location is prefect, walkable to everywhere like port, riva, old town. But there is so many but😂 my room face to street, could not sleep since the noises from the street, cars passing, people laughing, shouting, stepping from upper floor… when we check in, there were 4 tube of instant coffee and 4 bag of tea. after 2 days I asked more, they only give you another 4 set. Even though they charged extra fee for my daughter as 3rd person. I stayed 6 nights, my daughter left early I think they should give me prorated refund, but they say NO. Long hair hanging on hair dryer since day 1, daily cleaning is not good.
