"This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "This is a bait and switch. It is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but it actually is a 1 bedroom with a kitchen that has a pullout sofa in it. Plus there were no sheets or anything for the pullout sofa. I reported this to the property my owner but no response. Even worse, this place is being built and under massive construction. Jack hammers starting at 7am. Place did not come with any soap or shampoo despite being listed on Expedia for 1 night (so travelers expect the basics. What a disaster...
