"It was perfect for the use we gave it. Just to shower and sleep. Clean rooms and friendly staff."

"Breakfast had a huge line and closed at 10am. I waited for 20 mins and did not even order so had to give up. Totally unacceptable as a traveler who needs food and is on a schedule. I saw lots of other people give up out of the line too. Needs either better staffing or a different service approach. Very poor experience "

"The entire stay, I tried several times to reach the host to no avail. On Saturday when we came in, there was a young lady who was cleaning and she was incredibly sweet and I want to give her kudos. There was plastic wrap on all the windows, cameras everywhere that made us feel like we were constantly being watched, there were a ton of rules that we learned about last minute and it was just not the best vibe. During our stay, there was also a man who spent the entire time on the couch and slept there throughout the night which made it difficult to enter and exit quietly when we needed to be out later. In addition, when we got back from town on Saturday afternoon, the bathtub was clogged and there was water all over the floor and dirty water in the tub. Later that night when we came back, it had still been unresolved and we were unable to shower after our night out before we got on our flight. "

"It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel."
