"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice. The only thing that I really hated was that the whole place smelled like marijuana. From walking into the lobby and hallways to the rooms. We were there with a baby and family who have asthma. It triggered asthma attacks."

"Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel."

"We recently stayed for 5 days. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so water flowed all over the floor in the bathroom. I requested them to bring another, the next day they came with another curtain that had a dirty bandaid attached to it. We had a room of 4 and only had 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told we needed to go downstairs and get them. Housekeeping only came up one day and refreshed our room. "The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The general manager is awesome and very nice. My room was clean, and maid service was good. However, the onsite food options are minimal. I got in around 1am, and there was no room service or other food options besides minimal vending machine options. Even during the day the food options are not stellar, and mainly are breakfast options. The on-site little store that was near the lobby had a lot of empty shelf space, very limited food and drink...
