"Property needs to be remodeled. Everything except the lobby is outdated and old. There was stains on the hallways and room walls. Holes that were obviously patched up and painted over. The rooms smelled old im assuming due to the old carpet. Our room had stains on the walls and doors. The floor baseboards were dirty and rusted. Room was humid and smelled bad. Even the iron was filthy."

"We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned."

"No amenities just an empty pool with no water in it. The TV had a line through it down the middle so watching TV was very distracting. I woke up with graffiti on my window as I was on the first floor and the remote had tape holding the batteries in. I had to call the front desk and asked to get the remote to work for the TV as well."
