"Great location. Always love the breakfast. Room clean and quiet. Comfortable mattress!"

"While the property was in good condition, the room next to us had a party until 12 am. The staff working the front desk at the time did not enforce the quiet hours, despite our calls, and none of our family could not sleep. There was constant yelling and swearing from next door. The issue wasn’t resolved until the shift changed and different staff came in to handle the problem."

"This is our go-to hotel in Milwaukee. Great location for shows. We have stayed here a few times. Parking is very convenient. The parking garage is connected to the hotel. The breakfast is great! Never had a problem. And, its really quiet."

"I can't even tell you how exceptional the staff was! The owner was on site and he bent over backwards to make sure that where we needed to go was taken care of in a timely fashion, gave us lots of advice for places to visit, and treated us as if we were the only guests!"

"There were holes in the bedsheets, stains on the carpet and the chair looked disgusting. The other chair had a massive hole in the padding. All the wooden furniture was scratched and worn. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. The shower’s water pressure wasn’t great, but there was hot water, the bathroom amenities were fine. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. "The room was clean, the amenities were very good, and the space was very comfortable in size. The pool and fireplace were warm, the hot tub was definitely hot, and the bed was good. Some areas of the room, buildings and grounds are showing their age, but the stay was great! The only recommendations I could critique about is the pool/hot tub/sauna area floor has little pebbles as the surface and they are starting to pop out making walking on gravel bare-footed painful when you catch a loose...
