"Great room and view of the city and ballpark! Enjoyed VIP access to the stadium! The bed and pillows were hard and the a/c in the room was not working great. "

"When I arrived at the hotel the First Lady was very nice. Went into my room tv not working. Called and inform within 10 mins of checking in. During a 3 hour waiting period we called an additional 2x for the tv to be fixed. Asked for face towels (hand wash cloths) whichever term you prefer. They brought 2 face towels for 3 people in one room. They were not as responsive as they should have been. Went down the next night for utensils. The guy had me standing there while he text only to have me wait for a fork and knife than smugly inform no spoons. The hotel was really quiet and conveniently located that’s the only perk I liked about this place. The room is really small and the bathroom is super small!"

"Stayed here for a weekend, have never stayed at a Hard rock hotel. The location is in a very busy area where you can walk around several places in the downtowns Gaslamp area Front desk was busy but once helped they answered any questions I had. "

"The bed had stains on it. We checked in around 10/11 am. They said they would text us when the room was ready. That never happened. Instead we went back to the hotel and had to wait in an hour line to be told they didn’t have a room for us at all. The lady had to contact her manager to see if they could even find a room for us. Other guests waiting in line were looking for parking in the city because the hadn’t reserved enough space for them to park even though they had paid for parking. The room had a great view but the actual property was awful. "

"Staff - perfect greeting and check in Room - wonderful size and amenities. Well appointed . Only slight issue ? It’s on the freeway side so it was a bit louder than hoping . Hotel - overall spacious and nicely decorated . I would not hesitate to stay here again. Close to little Italy and Lofty Coffee. "
