"The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was continental and not much there but there was a waffle maker which was great. I slept well. The two things I would change would be to use a different scent for the air freshener, which had a weird and unpleasant scent, and to clean the entrance glass door, which was very smudged and dirty and made a negative first impression. Those are small changes which would not cost much."

"The room was run down. The exhaust fan and the wall unit were on there last leg. The bathroom sink was cracked 3 ways. No ice bucket and no ice machine. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Fortunately, I had a cooler along for my medications. I will not stay there again."

"The room was dirty- there was debris on the floor, chunks of dirt on the floor in the bathroom, the shower backed up with water and hair, there was standing brown liquid in the refrigerator, grease on the nightstand, and cigarette butts on the floor in the hallway by the door."
