"There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. "The staff was AMAZING, especially Corthee at the front desk. She went above and beyond. We were there for my husband's surgery, she always asked about him, while he was there, I ended up in the E.R., she would always ask me if I needed something, she told me to rest, and she would do whatever she could to help me. Another staff member was from housekeeping she was truly AMAZING also, she brought me extra towels and tissues, due to excessive nosebleeds for me. Her name is Jetsi , not...

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. "Cool funky apartment near the main downtown strip(2-3 blocks). Plenty room to spread out for a couple. Bed was comfortable( felt like a memory foam but it wasn't too soft like some). Small kitchenet was nice. Enjoy our stay -would stay again."
