"The night staff member was excellent the morning staff member not so much. The bread had green mold…I have photos. The coffee was totally watered down. Worse of all there was a loud beeping sound outside of room 127 ALL NIGHT LONG. It was maddening. I reported it but nothing could be done. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!"

"First off..Gabrielle is LOVELY....So helpful and understanding..This place is great. Everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay..Kitchen well stocked with utensils....nice grounds....nice pool..all day brewed coffee..Can't be beat for price."

"The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's already there and the shower gel were all very nice and high quality. I appreciated all of them."

"Just ok. Room was very dated and had a funky smell. Bathrooms need a major renovation. Not a terrible place to stay but probably wouldn’t stay again."

"I had to change my room 3x’s 1st room was right next to ice machine and the ac was in and out. Terrible nights sleep- Second room had stains (brown stains ) all over the sofa and had an Oder. 3rd room the bed had a sage in the middle. Stayed there one night and wanted to leave . The hotel would not approve a refund so I was either there another night or lose $200. So disappointed. Staff is friendly and try to accommodate - when not on cell phones or overloaded with paperwork at the front desk scattered every wear. Oh and the beep beep beep of the people working on a lift for something on the roof wasn’t pleasant and the homeless people that park their bikes along side the trees towards the end of the parking lot and come in to get a free breakfast - you may want to be aware of that. I watched it happen 2 days . So uncomfortable knowing that random people can come in and enjoy the amenities that I’m paying $600 for 3 days for is a lot off putting I won’t be returning or referring anyone to this hotel "

"Knowleable front desk staff, friendly. Clean spacious room. Quiet area on property and surrounding area however very close to dining, shopping. Unfortunately, we did have a very loud air-conditioning unit in our room when operated. Sounded like a jack hammer. I didn't advise front desk however. Secret Lake Park is mentioned by the hotel as being close by so we took a short drive. It was beautiful. I recommend checking it out. After check out I realized I had lef5 something behind in the room. I sought out cleaning staff, was lucky enough to get supervisor/manager and she took great care of me. I believeher name is Sherri. TY to her. I was able to retrieve my item. Will definitely stay again."

"I checked in at 2am and the concierge was smiling, positive, and helpful. I travel to lake Mary every yr. When I checked out at 10am and made it to breakfast as they were closing they still let me get my food without hesitation. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, I look forward to my next stay."

"My three daughters and I arrived a few minutes after 10pm on Mother’s Day only to discover that the front desk was closed for the night. There was a number to call for help, which was completely unhelpful as it took us directly to their corporate offices which were also closed. We made multiple attempts to contact management over the course of the next hour. When Paola was finally sent to the front desk by management to get us checked in, she was rude and made it very clear that she did not want to be helping us. The property smelled of marijuana everywhere, inside and out. Once we got to our room we discovered it was absolutely FILTHY. Food on the countertops and walls, bugs crawling on the walls, cobwebs everywhere, hair and food on the floors, etc. I really can’t do justice describing how dirty it was. Even worse was that it smelled strongly of a combination of urine, marijuana, and an unrecognizable sour odor. We tried reaching back out to Paola at the front desk, but if course she had quickly vanished following our rude encounter with her at check in. By that time we only had 4 hours before we had to be to the airport to catch our flight. We opted to stretch out on top of the beds and try to get a little sleep, in spite of the horrid filth and odor. What an awful experience and waste of our money!!!!!!"
