"I am absolutely shocked and appalled that Wyndham would allow its name and reputation to be associated with such a disgraceful property. To call this place a hotel, much less one operating under the Wyndham name, is an embarrassment. This so-called “Microtel” is filthy, rundown, cheap, and downright deplorable. The overall condition of this property is unacceptable, and the atmosphere feels unsafe and unsettling. Our family was so embarrassed by the conditions that we couldn’t even feel...

"This place was fantastic. The ladies at reception were kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent - large with good water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. Hot and plenty of choices. We enjoyed this place so much that we booked it again for our return trip."

"Really clean rooms, nice and welcoming environment. Staff is just great- rarity these days."

"Excellent service"

"I couldn’t wait to check out the moment I checked in - unfortunately the reservation was non refundable and we just needed a place to crash for one night. Reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, bedding was dingy looking, I didn’t even dare step foot in the shower. Continental breakfast was a plate of white bread (for toast?), a waffle maker, and cereal. The coffee was sour....

"The fan in the bathroom was very loud, but everything else was fine."

"When we checked in the clerk assigned a handicap room. When I inquired about the reservation the clerk informed me that I requested a handicap room. He never offered to help to see if I could have another room. The beds were terrible as they used box spring instead of using a regular mattress. I had the worst night for sleeping causing the worst back pain. I mentioned the issue the following morning to the desk clerk who showed concern. The GM had a poor explanation that left us with a bad...

"It really needs to be completely remodeled. New carpet and up to date furniture throughout. They are a little behind on other places I've stayed."

"If you're planning to stay in Louisburg for more than a day, this hotel was a great find. I stayed 3 nights , 4 days and it was just under $400 for two people. The room was spacious and relatively tidy for the most part but despite appearances this hotel seems to be in something of a transitional phase. It definitely used to be a days inn at some point and I can only assume it used to have more staffing and some amenities in the past. Driving in from New York the doors were open at 12:45am and I...

"Great place and friendly staff."
