"The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad."

"I had 2 tvs in the suite, and both worked poorly. When leaving to get something to eat i asked the front dest to have someone to please take a look at the tvs and the air in the bedroom was also coming out, was far less then cool.
When i got back i asked the front desk how come there was nothing to help the guest with programming. They then handed me a list of all stations. Got back to the room and air worked fine, but the tvs had the same issues. The remotes were moved so they did examined...

"Satanic hell. Could not get into my room. Fire alarm going off. I called Expedia and got a refund. Others guest smoke, open room with underwear and other unsightly items one does not want to see. Staff that seem they would rather be somewhere else. I had to go to another hotel. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. My worst hotel experience ever."
