"Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean. Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. "I liked the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. It was very nice to have the separate room for my daughter to sleep in as well as the full sized refrigerator to put some things in that would NEVER fit in the mini fridges"

Bugs that I can only imagine are bedbugs were all over the bed, clumps of hair in the shower, roaches in corners of the room, and plenty of other cleanliness issues, such as stains. The property is unkept and feels very unsafe from the moment you arrive.
