"Great stay! Close to venue and mall area"

"Everything was great and just as described. Except I couldn’t get more than lukewarm water out of the shower and the pillows are not made for side sleepers."

"It's located next to a highway but there is a neighborhood where you can take walks. The faucet was dripping making it hard to sleep. The gym smelled like mold. No chair to sit on. But it was okay for the price."

Light switch didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, big holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread. Bedbugs crawling on the sheets, door between our room and another said not to open the door, peephole in the door was plugged with toilet paper, room smelled awful, crumbs on the desk. "Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean. Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. The door would not close and the wood was corroded and shed wood dust all over the wet floor. The vanity area was unkept also. The closet had no hangers and there was no hair dryer. There were...

"The room was ok, not different from the pictures. No iron in the room. Just a mini fridge and a microwave. The towels look dirty, even when asked to replace them, they had dirty spots. The furniture is not clean, spots on the fabric chair. It is a motel, with entrance to the room from the parking lot. The price of the room per night is high for this type of amenity."
