"When I first check in , I asked for early check in which was a 20 dollar extra fee that I didn't mind. Get to my room and half of the lights worked .called down he had to fix a breaker ...then food left in refrigerator, TV upstairs didn't work nor did the microwave.towels had stains but I bring my own just cause of that ."

"Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean.
Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. The door would not close and the wood was corroded and shed wood dust all over the wet floor.

"do not let the photos fool you. this is a motel 6. people were being loud all night. i could smell weed and there were people walking outside my door. there was also a dog barking and the parking is not well lit. i am not someone who gets scared very easily but i was freaked out. i ended up pushing the dresser in front of the door and locking all of the locks and still barely slept because of all of the noise. ALSO to top it off the AC was set to 80° when i arrived."
