"The hotel staff member who checked us in was wonderful. She was courteous and kind. She gave us the information we needed. However this “hotel” was more like a motel. The worst part however was we spent two nights here and checked out early."

"There is no soundproofing in the room, and throughout the night we hear loud TV noise from the next room, which makes it impossible for us to sleep. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who needs a quiet room. This issue needs immediate attention."

"Upon arriving to the property it felt like I was a character in GTA. There was a lot of people that were consuming drugs on the property despite the no smoking signs. Additionally, I will add that I chose a nonsmoking room and it reeked of weed. My family and I did a deep cleanse of the room ourselves because it really did feel unsanitary. I will say the cleaning staff was kind. When we asked for new sheets because the ones we had when we arrived were dirty. There was mold on the bathroom...

"Not a good experience at all.people hanging outside of motel sitting in front of entrance made me feel very uncomfortable then once I got inside it took 15 minutes after picking up the phone to check in after hours after 10pm to be checked in, place is dirty not clean at all from rooms to hallways definitely would not stay at this location again."

"Clean and priced right. No where near Disney or Universal but we weren’t here for that"

"At check-in, I was required to pre-sign a form saying I accepted charges for damages to the room-- not possible future damages, but actual extant damages. Apparently, they've had a lot of destructive guests here, and this is their way of protecting themselves. That's unfortunate for them, but their current arrangement (as of 21 May 2026) is an outrage. It's rather nice place otherwise (for the price), but I would not stay here again."

"The desk clerk deleted my reservation on Expedia and told me it had not gone through yet. I had to call Expedia and wait 90 minutes before getting pregnant with resolved."

"This is one of the best properties that I have stayed in. The rooms are quite big. The staff, right from the receptionist to the room service and the server at the breakfast were very nice, pleasant with a genuine intent to help the customers. Overall, an excellent stay."
