"This hotel was not much more than a motel 6. It was filthy, old and in much need of repair. There was a roach in the tub which I took a picture of. The safety bar in the tub is hardly attached. The TV only worked using the physical button on the TV. Remote did not work. Couldn't change channel or volume. Breakfast at 8am was cold and old. They could not make more eggs. I couldn't find any help to even get a napkin. Carpets were dirty. Elevator made scary noises and fridge made loud noise all...

"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. "Right on the water"

"I liked the fact that the rooms had cooktops but most extended stay locations offer the use of pots, pans, plates, spoons, and knives which this location does not offer. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, but the cleaners at the property need proper training. The room was not the cleanest and when they performed their weekly cleaning there were always things that were missed. I own a janitorial service company and we also do housekeeping so I understand the struggle with finding quality...

"The hotel smelled and the rooms were disgusting . Dirty blankets and pillows full of stains . Walls and floors were dirty . Didn’t even stay . Walked in and seen it and immediately left. Looks nothing like the pictures online . And was not able to get refund"

"We arrived at 2:00 PM and understood that check-in was not until 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00 PM, we were told our room was still not ready. We then waited an additional 1 hour and 40 minutes while repeatedly being told that housekeeping was still cleaning the room. "This is my new favorite beach hotel. The location is perfect. You can walk straight down to the beach, spend a day at the pool, have lunch at the tiki bar, enjoy listening and watching all of the activities on the boardwalk. You can walk to the donut place and the arcade without needing to drive. The breakfast was included and there were so many options. The staff were all so helpful and kind. I am already wanting to visit again and we just left today."
