The place was old. It was very hot. They charged me $20 extra for a non-smoking room and did not refund me my money. We only stayed one of the two nights it was terrible. There was hairs in the bed. There was hairs on the bathtub. there was hairs on the bathroom sink. The room was not very clean And there was hardly anybody there.

We didn’t have reservations due to us driving so we stopped in… the receptions had two people in front of me and she rudely said u all would be better off reserving online. So as I stood in the line I did just that with Expedia . No problems there so I checked in and she was like well I could have gave u better deal if u didn’t do that ??? Anyways got checked in. Room was fine we ended up with a handicap room not that we needed that but that is what she gave me. Room was clean. But for sure a OLD motel….. needs updating
Grabbed this hotel for family that was staying in town. Apparently if you're a local and book through hotels.com you won't be able to stay there. Neither super super 8 nor hotel.com want to refund your money.
The man at the desk was very friendly, but the room was uncomfortable. It was very damp, the carpet was sticky, and the sheets and bed spread very worn. I was awakened very early in the morning by beeping from outside of my room that would stop and start. Maybe alarm clocks from other rooms?
I reserved a NON-SMOKING room. They gave me a smoking room plus i had to walk the whole lemgth of the hotel to go outside to smoke

The man at the desk was very friendly! Our room seemed clean but very dated with wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. The bath mat to use after a shower or bath was actually already wet as was the fancy folded washcloth on top of it. The bed however was very comfortable.

Rude service keep reminding me is a smoke free room after I told her I didn’t smoke. All the rags and towels were damp like they didn’t let the drier the whole time or over packed it
Do not stay here. The smell is horrible. Something in there made it difficult to breath. No water pressure in the shower. The toilet rocks, probably because the door to it slams into it. People hang out in there cars in the parking lot and adjacent businesses parking lot and hollar obscenities at you. You will hear what i can only assume are kids street racing until the wee hours of the morning. 100/10 do not stay here. Its a health hazard.
Requested a non smoking room. Because my husband is a smoker, who does not smoke in the room they put us in a smoking room because they said the room would smell like smoke from his clothes. I have never heard this before. Plus they charged me $25.00 per dog (I have 2) extra to stay in a room that smelled like smoke.
Hotel refused to let me check-in. Staff was rude and stated that their pet rooms were full, even though there were only 3 cars there. My husband and i travel with 2 service dogs. I didnt book with insurance because i booked a few hours before arriving. Called customer service with Hotels.com and they called hotel to see if they would approve the cancelation sunce they were the reason we didnt stay there and they refused so they could keep my money... ended up staying next door at a nicer place with friendly service. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
We went to check in. He tried to give us a smokers room charge us $100 deposit refuse to give us a key to our room. Refuse to give us a non-smoking room. We ended up having to call 911. It was a big ordeal. 48 hours later Expedia made it right. Refunded my money but it was such a hassle. This guy is super rude and there is something crazy going on at that motel. Do not stay there. The owner is the one who runs the front desk and his wife is the housekeeper. They were both very rude took dirty towels and never gave us more. My daughter got sick while there puking on carpet which i cleaned but he kept my deposit and pet deposit saying it wasnt a hospital or vet. We paid 35 per dog nonrefundable and 150 each night refundable deposit but since my daughter got sick (even though i told him and it was cleaned up)he kept the deposit and threatened to call the cops because I was sitting outside waiting for a ride after checkout. The place isnt somewhere i would ever stay again or recommend.
