"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! "It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+"

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation."

"I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay. "

"Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!"

"Parking was easy, room was clean. Good for short term stay. Breakfast had lots of options and clean breakfast room, but it ends quite early (9am) Room keys tend to lose opening ability often. Had to re-code it multiple times, but over all was a good stay for the price!"

"In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on."

"Parking is safe and easy. Room was clean. In-room Refrigerator and coffee/tea. The only problem was their pool was under repair and couldn’t be used. I wish I had known this sooner; as I had requested a hotel with a pool. All staff were helpful and considerate. A good stay if you don’t want to spend $$$. "

"I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...
