However, it is one of the only hotels in the area. They jacked the price becuase it was graduation weekend. We paid about $380 for one night. Nothing particularly bad about it. "Terrible customer service. Was not recognized as a member. Wouldn’t add my rewards number. We requested a roll away bed ahead of time. Was told they didn’t have it on reservation. Only one staff member was working. Was very rude and disrespectful to us. Wouldn’t let us speak to his manager. Told us they didn’t have any roll away beds which is the only reason we stayed there since we are a family of 5. As a loyalty member I would stick with Hilton after this experience. We couldn’t get pillows or anything from the front desk. No one would answer. Would like a REFUND!!!!!"
