"Stayed here before as was quiet in the past, room not as clean as past. Staff is great Breakfast normal Had to call front desk as noise carried on to 1:00 am, quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am. parking is awesome Lots of amenities nearby Coffee and hot water in lobby all the time was a bonus."

"It was ok. There is no ac unit, so u cant change the temperatures. The coffee pot in our room we had to set it up on the floor cause there was no outlets near the table it was on. You only get 2 pillows on the beds so bring ur own also. Hotel can only provide 2 extra at a request. The bed would have been alright if there was more shoulder support...more pillows. Plus side. It was quiet, didnt hear much for people outside the room or the caos from outside noise, seeing how there is a bar and...

"The room we stayed in was renovated and it looked nice and clean. However few things like base trim missing and closet doors off the track could be fixed to make it even better. We had the suite room #403, it was large, good comfortable bed, sofa bed not bad, kitchen stocked with all you need to cook. The view was lacking, industrial. The hotel is under renovation currently, the review is based on being under renovation, perhaps once its done it will be better? The breakfast although included...

"Adult hour in the pool would be splendid. Maybe 9-10pm?? So paying parents can enjoy a nice hot tub before bed. It was so packed, there was no room. And if a space opened, not worth it with how loud it would be with all the screaming kids. -Be mindful of the room Doors. Some have no spring system and slam shut so hard and loud, it scares you & your kids every time, -If there are 4 guests booked into a room, why not leave 4 towels vs 2? Just a thought. -Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body...

"The rooms are very basic, clean, comfortable bed, very affordable with restrooms and showers down the hall. If you simply require a place to sleep in the Whyte Ave. neighbourhood, the Commercial is a good option. The historic pub downstairs is a bonus. Lots of dining spots within a couple of blocks, plus the nearby Farmers Market, bookshops, and many great local businesses. "

"We booked this hotel mainly for its convenient location and the advertised free breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, we found out the building is fully under renovation and breakfast is not available until May 1st—something that was not clearly communicated at booking. The parking situation felt unsafe. Our Cadillac Escalade was scratched overnight, and the following morning we noticed the theft attempt alarm had been triggered. That alone...

"The bath tub was clogged is all told them when checking out so hoped they checked"

"The faucet system is weak in BOTH the sink and shower. You hear noises in the rooms mechanisms when you try to sleep, there is no lock on the outside of the hotel room door. The crime situation is bad as well. I saw police in the parking lot when I exited for check out. Unless you have absolutely no care for the quality of your room to a savagely extent, don’t even look at the place, let alone stay here. "

"Room was very rundown and unclean. Not all surfaces wiped down. No vacuuming or cleaning done near heater or baseboards. Hairdryer did not work. Was given another but it was not properly secured to the wall. Coffee maker also didn't work and needed to be replaced. The carpet is so old a stained with obvious sticky places, I did not feel safe going barefoot. Bed was comfortable."
