The main area for improvement is staff availability. There was no one available to assist or answer questions when needed, which made the stay less convenient."

"This is a lovely hotel situated close to a variety of activities and prime Bruges locations. It's around a 10 minute walk to the central square and minutes away from the Minnewater canal. The room was spacious (a triple) and very clean with housekeeping in attendance every day.
