House cleaners took things. The safe wasn’t operating and was not replaced during the stay. The TV automatically turned on in the early hours. The fridge was hidden behind cupboard doors unable to open easily. Many bare cables exposed. The lifts are a disaster between 9.30 and 11.30."

"Great location! The hotel room was efficient and spotlessly clean. However, the espresso/coffee maker had no instructions, operated poorly and overflowed a small demitasse cup due to a large cup not fitting under the spout.
One of three elevators stopped working the second day into our 4 day stay which created long queue lines during breakfast and checkout time. There was a good assortment of continental breakfast items but the hot items were lukewarm and the multi-function espresso/coffee...
