"We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up)....

"I was only here for one night and truly wished I spent my entire stay at the Clerk & Well. What a home-away-from-home! So cozy, quaint, spacious, and spotless! "We stayed at this hotel in London for 8 nights, and overall it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely small restaurant on-site, ideal for a convenient and pleasant meal. The concierge lobby is beautiful and welcoming, with a 24-hour cold drinks bar as well as coffee and tea, which was a wonderful touch after long days of sightseeing. The gym is very nice...
