"This is a very clean and convenient property at a very practical price for travellers who need to be in the area. I would recommend, and will be staying here again on my next visit. "
"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "
"Loved staying here! The staff is lovely and so helpful. Shoutout to Victoria for helping us out when our flights were cancelled! Would HIGHLY recommend staying here"

"The room was quite small - we had a family room and it was okay for the 2 of us, but small storage for our travel items as we were there for 5 days prior to a 2 week cruise. The washroom was newly refurbished and was very nice. We had the breakfast package and it was excellent and fresh everyday. We happened to be there during the tube strike and the hotel's location was great as we ended up walking to many attractions we had planned to take public transit. After 9am it was gridlock on the roads."
