"Great staff, Lacked few basic things like plates during breakfast lol. Our room had some damaged stuff like a closet door, ac unit so had to make sure I was not blamed for that. Extremely expensive candy but nonetheless would stay again"

"They have stolen my cleaning security fee. It has been over a month without a return. It was sketchy enough that it was not included in the original Expedia price. It was something they sprung on me at the counter and I had to force them to give me a receipt. "

There was some stains on the wall near the trash, so I'm assuming maybe someone's drink that was thrown in and splashed. Towels were clean. No carpet on the floor and not 100% mopped but mostly clean. Not a terrible experience, but not my favorite "

"Our room had a musty moldy in it. In general the room appeared pretty clean. The overall appearance of the facility looked fairly run down and old. Bed was fairly comfortable. The room size was quite small but was sufficient for our short stay. Was hoping to have a fitness center but there was not one. For some reason it was quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced because the water spray was minimal. I did have two more nights reserved later...

"The motel was fine in all aspects but when got there we were told Expedia had refused our credit card which was perfectly good and didn’t give us any idea about why. We had to use a different card and I believe pay their fee not what we had agreed upon. "
