"Air Conditioner was barely working! Owners are Rude! The lady employee that ran the front desk was a sweetheart But after she left & owners came, it was horrible. I couldnt get no clean towels or washclothes! I had to use 2 washclothes to clean my room before i would stay in it! Decent Price but not worth dealing with rude owners & dirty rooms! "

"This place was disgusting. There were so may gross stains on our walls and bathroom. Floor was so dirty, walked around for like two minutes after arriving an all of us had black feet. Comforter had tons of little black stains. We were desperate so we stayed that first night but only slept for 3 hours on the most uncomfortable beds before getting up for an event. We didn’t even come back for our second night because we were so disgusted- even our toddler kept saying”no hotel” "

We were going to checkout at the time posted, but staff started knocking aggressively on the door, and then informed us that the checkout was actually at 11 AM, I apologized and explained the misunderstanding and they were still very rude, asking us to keep the door open and move our stuff, even though my wife was getting dressed. "I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...

"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

"It was definitely a decent hotel, it was close to everything & staff was super nice. Breakfast was good & I enjoyed the pool. Only thing was my bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but I used my friend room so it worked. All and all id book again for sure."
