"We have always been happy with this property, this time, not so much. We arrived shortly after 5PM to a line of people waiting to check in. Listening as other were being checked in, they were telling guests there was a wait for their rooms. The associate was explaining that guests have been checking in since 7AM, and they are giving out rooms in the order that they came in. Explain to me, what does that mean? In my mind, you don’t have rooms ready, period. She denied that to be the case. She said it was about a 15-20 minute wait. While we were waiting the family behind us got called to the desk for their room. My husband went up to talk to the guy that came out from ‘office?’. He told him we’ve been waiting longer than the 15-20 minute quote. He immediately had a room for us. The front desk peeps, just did not seem as friendly as they normally are. Side note, in room coffee maker did not work. It leaked all over the dresser. "

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others"
