"The reception staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. The beds are super comfy and we slept very very. Rested and ready for a day out. The hotel is definitely older but I expected that from previous reviews. The cost matched what we got. The carpets in the hallways need some attention and the bathroom cleaning could be upgraded with "something" stuck to back of the bathroom door. I did not expect the Ritz and this location was perfect for our Disney days. I would recommend it."

"The room was amazing! We loved that it was only a short distance from Universal Studios and the area was very quiet. The only issue we encountered was the handle on the shower was hard to turn. Other than that, it was a great stay."
