"Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance."

"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful.The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again."

"There are some spider’ net on the frame of the fireplace. Looks like nobody cleans the fireplace. The thermostat shows ‘fans on’, the actual meaning is ´Fans off’. I don’t know for other rooms, it happened in my room when I was there."

"Our view was exactly what we wanted! Wasn't to happy when we went into room opened fridge there was melted ice cream in there. And bathroom was not like the picture it was small"

"Check-in and out was effortless. Room, lobby and hallway was clean. Staff friendly and nice. Great location and easy to find. Most NOTL accommodations are vastly overpriced for what you get, so it was a refreshing change of pace to find this gem that charged a fair rate."

"We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer."

"We have stayed at the Oban for many years. Our room was small but clean. Pillows need a review as huge and not easy to sleep on. The front gardens beautiful. One staff member very sweet. Overall okay. Location is great and golf club although patio closed is lovely. Despite poor weather we enjoyed."

"We were very surprised to find out that we had to pay to park & it was not included in the price of the room. It was $45 Canadian dollars to park the car in addition to the motel accommodations. We were not happy about that. It should have told us that on the website. Everything else was very nice."

"We loved our stay at the vittoria hotel. Rooms (2 queen standard city view) were very spacious for our family of 4. Rooms were up to date. It is in clifton hill across from the speedway race track. Indoor Pool and hot tub (in basement)were in great condition with lots of towels available and a beautiful mural of the falls on the wall. Only complaint was breakfast wasnt included and offsite parking lot was in a secluded area (but had LOTS of cameras). We would recommend. We were lucky in that the...
