"Upon arrival the receptionist was in a full blown conversation with a friend. She checked us in while talking with that person. No customer service.
The AC had a banging noise all night long. We showered with cold water. When I mentioned it to the receptionist he said he’d let the manager know. (Thats it) no concern to make my stay better."

Good for a long term stay."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and general refurbishment.
Surprisingly, the restaurant was closed to regular hotel guests during breakfast because it was reserved for delegates attending a conference. As a result, other guests were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast.
Breakfast also starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, which is rather inconvenient.
Apart from these issues, it is a good hotel overall."

"Good location, but easy to miss the turn at night, off the busy road. Our room had a broken light/shade visible, by our bed, it looked like someone had punched it, and the sofa sleeper looked like it was ready for a new one. It needed to be tossed. The front desk did know about the condition of the room, but told me it was still usable . While I can understand ordering replacements takes time, it's not a good look for a Marriott. First impressions leave an impression."
