"Overall, everything was good as always when we come to Louisiana to visit our daughter who attends Southern University. I understand budget but I do believe it’s time for new carpet throughout the hotel. The room I stayed it, I do believe a bigger size TV would be nice. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay here. Beds, tables and all that was newer and clean, the shower and toilet could use some updating along with the doors and their hardware. But it’s an older building in a very humid area and the room rate fit in my budget so I can’t complain. These are just things I noticed during my stay."
