Good stay at practical location
Nice stay at practical location. Short walk to city center, casino in-house. Staff were friendly. Taking the dog was no problem, but there was an additional fee of CHF 30. Parking at CHF 25/day also quite expensive. Room was decent and clean, although not very modern.

Check in lasted half an hour as well as the Check out. Corona Virus was clearly not much important as they gave me the same pen as the used. The room was tidy but not that clean and also we couldn’t get breakfast as there was a line of up to 20 people waiting for breakfast

The way to the hotel is quite confusing and not too close with walking to the old town of St Gallen. Not a good location for walking tour. But bus to the train station is quite convenient.

Great location with easy bus to town center and whole area. Free bus when you stay there. Superb breakfast buffet with huge choices for all. No need to eat lunch. Great shower in room too.

Nice hotel with modern conveniences
A very nice, clean and quiet hotel located slightly outside the main business area. It's a good 20 minute walk from the main train station or a short taxi ride. The staff was very helpful and my room on the business floor was very quiet and comfortable. No problems with Internet, it was quite fast. Breakfast was OK, pretty standard. There is a casino on site which I did not get a chance to visit. The "old town" is close by and there are several good restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is combined with Casino, but no noise at all on 5th floor. It is bit difficult to find good restaurant on Sundays in the area (almost all closed).

Excellent hotel but expensive.
The hotel was very nice, room very clean, and they offered a free transit pass as part of the deal. The one thing to know is that it is also a casino, which didn't interest us, but might some other folks. I might add that the breakfasts were awesome but the menu for dinner very limited and expensive. Food was excellent, but very few choices and pegged towards a casino special where you got chips with dinner. We don't gamble, so this was a negative.

Friendly staff, good quality room
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our 5 yr old son, whose new toy they helped to fix! We didnt use the restaurant facilities. Hotel is a 15 min walk from the main train station. Our family room was clean and mainly comfortable, although rather hot even with no heating on! We had to leave window open all night in order to sleep well. The shower was powerful, yet strangely had a half-transparent window which faced the bedroom. This meant that if one of us used the bathroom at night, the bathroom light shone through and awoke the others.

We used his hotel as an overnight stop-over as we travelled through Switzerland. The word I can only describe this place is Average. Check-in was sub-par (almost forgettable) and the room itself felt like it was going down the route of a cheap hotel (I.e. furniture, ambience, etc. was on the verge of being outdated). The devil really is in the detail; nothing was quite what it is was. The coffee “facilities” were basic sachets, the wine bucket has didn’t have enough room for ice, there were scratches and all sorts on parts of the wall. The room was spacious; so much so because, other than the bed, there was only a single, small chair with what looked like an old-beside table that the hotel tried to pass off as an actual table. The bizarre glass panel providing more than peak into the bathroom from the bedroom will become a terrible nightmare if anyone requires to use the bathroom at night. The so-called “gym” is equally outdated, providing 3 pieces of equipment, one of which if you’re over 6 foot, you would be hitting the ceiling with you head. Within the gym is also a relaxation room; I cannot think of anywhere worse than in the basement of a hotel to relax. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone - even if you’re you’re staying overnight - it really isn’t worth it at all. Spend a little more money, and go somewhere else.

Perfect location for a trip to St Gallen
Cleanliness and comfort characterize this hotel. Located (0.4miles) from the Marketplace and slightly further from the train station, the location is perfect. The room was ultra clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I found in Prague, Zurich or St Gallen. The hotel offers a casino, but I never saw much activity associated with this feature, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.
